Learn to cook your favourite Thai dishes or move on to advanced lessons in vegetable carving. A recipe book is provided making it easy to replicate at home. One of our hi-lights is the jungle cooking, you will be in the jungle with only one knife and learn how to cook and survived in there.

ITINERARY

Day 1 : Bangkok
Experience the sights and sounds of Bangkok on your arrival day.

Day 2 : Ayutthaya
Experience the fruit carving lesson, for your next dish decoration. After lunch, go to Ayutthaya the former 2nd Kingdom of Thailand. Explore the Historical site by taking the “Sunset Bike Ride”.

Day 3 : Overnight Train
Start your day by a market walking tour, and time for fun and leisure with Thai cooking lesson, before boarding the traditional teak Rice Barge to enjoy your cooked lunch cruise. Evening, board the 2nd class overnight sleeper (air-con) train.

Day 4 : Chiang Mai
Free time in Chiang Mai to enjoy the many activities on offer. As well as a visit to Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, the most auspicious temple in the north. Enjoy Kantok Dinner, the traditional northern style welcome dinner.

Day 5-6 : Jungle Cooking
In Chiang Dao area experience Chan hill tribe cultures and the way of life by staying at Home Stay in their villages.

Day 7 : Chiang Mai
Free time in Chiang Mai again for the relaxing activities. Before heading back Bangkok by overnight train.

Day 8 : Bangkok
Arrive Bangkok in the morning safe and sound. Exploring the City of Angles by paying a visit at Wat Po, the Reclining Buddha temple & the home of Thai massage. Farewell dinner cruise.

Day 9 : Departure day
