In 2007, Ayutthaya Boat and Travel is one of 9 Thai Tour operators which passed a rigorous selection process to join the working group of responsible Thai tour operators in this pioneering project by Community Based Tourism Institution (CBT-I).
In 2009, we were qualified to be a member of CBI, the Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries, an agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and part of the Development Co-operation effort of the Netherlands.
Nithi
The team master. Nithi Subhongsang (known to all as ‘Nutty’) born and raised in Bangkok, Nutty has worked in the travel industry for over 10 years and has a deep passion for sustainable tourism and responsible travel. To him, they are not just words; they encompass his philosophy and lifestyle. When you meet Nutty, you will know immediately that he lives by his beliefs and works towards providing travellers with a local insight into his country so they can experience first-hand the culture, the people and the environment. Nutty is often found saying “Sabai Sabai’ which in Thai means ‘chill out’, or ‘relax’. Or, if you combine the words “Chillax”.
Natasha

Behind every man is an ever better woman! Nattapak Sathierujikanon (Natasha), is the backbone of Ayutthaya Boat & Travel. Natasha is passionate about Thailand, Community Based Tourism and Responsible Travel. Natasha will greet you with a beautiful smile and her warm, welcoming nature will make you want to give her a big hug. She has a very generous spirit and no task or request is too big.
Neung
Marketing Assistant and Tour leader, Neung has worked in travel for many years. Ready to greet you with a smile, she is full of spirit, enthusiasm and a passion for Thailand and will go out of her way to make your adventure in Thailand memorable. Her knowledge of her country, it’s history, culture and people are a testament to her dedication of providing you with information on her home.
Rod
Operation Assistant. He is an ex-high school teacher. He decided to get early retired and made his life more exciting by involving himself to get adventures working in Tourist industry. For his long experience, wherever your destination is Rod will create the fantastic programme for you. You will always be welcomed to meet him at our office.
Boong
Admin team and tour guide. She's always proud of herself and smiles to you when she introduces herself another nickname “My name is Ms. Beauty." Because of educated from Physical Education College, pleasant character, outgoing personality and team player, she gets along with her guests very well and makes them happy all the time while travelling with her.
Max
If she were a man, she would be “Mr. Jack of all trade”. She looks after all of our bikes & boat. Before starting your trip, she prepares them, checks them again and again till they are ready perfectly. During the tour, she takes good care of our clients, solves the problems about the bikes and fixes them immediately. She's very handy.
Benz • Also known by the more difficult to pronounce, Ekachai Sathamrujikanon, Benz is the IT specialist and website designer at Ayutthaya Boat & Travel. Born in the Kanchanaburi Province of Thailand, Benz later graduated from Sri Patum University with a BA in Business Computers. He reluctantly entered into the field of Internet Technology because he needed to learn these skills to help other family members. In his spare time he enjoys sleeping.
